At EVERsCHOSEN, every piece is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because your jewelry is individually crafted and customized according to the details you provide, all personalized and custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.

We encourage you to carefully review your personalization details before placing your order.

1. Personalized & Custom-Made Orders

All personalized jewelry is made specifically for the individual who will receive it.

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong design
  • Selecting the wrong birthstone
  • Incorrect initials or engraving details provided by the customer
  • Incorrect date or message provided by the customer
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Personal preferences regarding the design, color, size, or appearance

Once your order enters production, it cannot normally be cancelled or modified.

Please review your order carefully

Before completing your purchase, please make sure that all personalization information is correct, including:

  • Initials
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Engraving text
  • Birth month/birthstone
  • Shipping address
  • Selected product options

EVERsCHOSEN is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want your gift to arrive exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Clear photographs of the product
  4. Photographs of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution if the issue is confirmed to be caused by an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

3. Incorrect Personalization

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

If you provide incorrect information, such as:

“H E” instead of “H & E”
“06.18.2024” instead of “06.18.2004”

we cannot guarantee that we can remake or refund the item because the jewelry was produced according to the information submitted with your order.

However, if we made an error while producing your personalization despite receiving the correct information, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide an appropriate solution.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because customized orders may enter production quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Once production has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification will be possible once production has begun.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, EVERsCHOSEN is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and secure.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

6. Shipping Delays

Our products are made to order, so processing and delivery require additional time compared with ready-to-ship products.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and at checkout.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment.

Although personalized products are final sale, final sale does not mean we don't care about your experience.

Every EVERsCHOSEN piece is created to become part of someone's story. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, please contact us.
