At EVERsCHOSEN, every piece is handmade and personalized specifically for you. Because your jewelry is made to order, please allow additional time for crafting before your order is shipped.

1. Processing & Handmade Production

Each personalized piece requires 3–5 business days to be handmade and prepared for shipment.

Your order will only enter the shipping stage once the personalization details have been reviewed and the piece has been completed.

Processing time: 3–5 business days

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

4–7 business days

Therefore, the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is approximately:

7–12 business days

This estimate includes:

3–5 business days — Handmade production
4–7 business days — Shipping & delivery

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package throughout its journey.

4. Please Allow Extra Time During Peak Seasons

During periods of high demand, such as:

Valentine's Day
Mother's Day
Christmas
Black Friday
Major holidays

production and shipping may take longer than the standard estimated timeframe.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially if you are purchasing a personalized gift for a specific occasion.

5. Shipping Delays

The estimated shipping time of 4–7 business days is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of EVERsCHOSEN's control, including:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Customs processing
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Other unforeseen circumstances

If your package is experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate your shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

EVERsCHOSEN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before your order enters production or shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
