We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before production begins.

Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

Our products are handmade and personalized specifically for each order.

7–12 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping may take longer during holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns & Refunds

Because personalized products are handmade specifically for each customer, personalized and custom-made orders are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer
  • Choosing the wrong design
  • Choosing the wrong birthstone
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Personal preference
  • Other reasons unrelated to a defect or error on our part

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered due to an error by EVERsCHOSEN, please contact us within the applicable period described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
